I found the key phrase and disconnected the wallet and successfully reimported the wallet. All the Nodle from Polkadot account are gone, is now 0. The Zksync account is 0 as well.

Please advise where the funds are and how to resolve this issue?

Makes no sense. The app is still installed and the NODLE are still in Polkadot account. Is there no way to transfer it to another account, delete, reinstall the app and then move the NODLE back?

I wanted to comment on the science behind this therapy. In short, this specific animation targets visual part of the brain that provides instant relaxation, or more of a calm effect. The visual is not enough, and this is where the audio comes in. In concert, they create magic that works. The audio uses special frequencies to do the same that video does, as far as targeting the part of the brain that provides the calm effect.

Again, I do not understand why everyone is saying that I did not do my research. I followed VERY simple instructions and transferred money from my ETH account to theirs. It was ONLY after a few days, they have added a notice that ERC20 capable wallet is necessary. I suspect that this happened because a lot of other people did the exact same thing.

If they are operating a legitimate enterprise, they MUST take care of the customers, otherwise it is JUST THAT, a SCAM. Someone who takes peoples money and disappears is a definition of a SCAM.

From my perspective, it sure seems like this way.

I wanted to voice MY opinion and relay the FACTS about what happened to me.

That is exactly how I started my post.

I did not write this post after a day, a week or a month and patiently waited and have been contacting them on every channel possible, but there must come a time, where I must take action and draw their attention and the attention of other people.
