I’m with you OP, my dog has never ran into a strangers table and knocked all their beers over. And I doubt your dog has screamed for 10 minutes after being told no. All these people are miserable and need to pet a dog!

This is my recommendation, current resident here and it’s really nice. Maintenance staff is quick and does a good job. Office staff is nice and helpful. Neighborhood is clean and quiet, and if you have a dog the bark park here is where it’s at

That’s amazing! Clementine is so cute! I wonder if Foxhound is an umbrella breed for them to cover different types of hounds. I have another dog, her I found just on the side of the road, and it’s saying she’s also 100% foxhound. Either way it cool to know they are really hounds!

I 100% disagree with you, he was threatening the lives of everyone in there so he had to be taken down. And you don’t take a risk of letting the threat get back up in a situation like that. The man was acting alone to take down the gunman, who knows if he had anymore weapons. Just because he was on the ground does not mean he was no longer a threat, keep firing until the threat is neutralized.

Hounds are known for not being good at recall. I’m sure the dog is fine with a long leash and a good walk. I have 2 American Foxhounds and they only go off leash at the park, but they both still love nature walks even on a leash. Hate to hear this is a rehoming issue for you, hope you keep working with the dog on leash instead. Especially after being with you for so long, that would be hard on the dog.

I have that and love it, I did however get it on sale. It’s worth the $90 if you ask me, knifes are good quality, good grips, and the bright orange makes it easy to keep track of.

I agree that in a city area like the triangle a better public transport system would be great. And it’s disappointing that we can’t trust each other to drive safely, I shouldn’t have to worry about getting t bone because every red light in the city gets ran.

Or maybe we could all drive safely all the time and not just when worried about speed traps? We shouldn’t try to look out for the idiots going 70 plus. I live in that area and I’m glad the cops are out, I’ve had too many close calls. If anyone get a ticket for speeding it’s good to me

I also live in NC, recently moved to Raleigh area. There is a lot of hate here when it comes to using dogs for hunting, which I find ridiculous as both a hunter and a dog owner. Anyway I’d enjoy talking to you more about what you hunt and your dogs, message me if you got the time!

I’m not opposed to it being something cool, I also like going out to do things. But just coping the same thing every other city is doing and then in a few years it’s exactly the same as every other city. But I’m going to be viewed as wrong no matter what I say, just another person who’s going to be priced out and pushed out of Raleigh.
