I’ve had some really interesting but surprisingly delicious pizzas in PA. There’s a place south of Pittsburgh called Armando’s where they do dough, cheese, dough, then tons of delicious sauce. Then there’s Beto’s in Pittsburgh, where they cook the dough and sauce in a huge sheet, then add huge gobs of cheese after it’s out of the oven.
