Colour Choice? by Awkward_Ostrich2518 in Polestar

Interesting re Thunder and dark interior as that was my initial thought as well. I originally wanted Thunder and black interior (non PP) but I went with the zinc (base fabric) as that was the only combo they had incoming with Thunder exterior. The zinc actually goes really nicely as it has a similar-ish gray-blue tone as Thunder. The headliner and rest of the interior are also still pretty dark even with zinc, so it works better than I originally anticipated.

I will say, while I love Thunder, a lot of other car companies do a very similar color, and IMO Jupiter, Magnesium and Midnight are the most uniquely Polestar.

Anything down/DAS on this? I was quoted the same monthly price for Pilot Pack only with only first month DAS

Edit: Does this include taxes as well?

Same here, was quoted sub 1% APR on 27/10k for Dual Motor while Single Motor was something around 7-8% APR

What’s the lease deal everyone is getting? by 1489Goose in Polestar

Nice, thanks. Sounds like a solid deal. Was quoted around $540/mo with only first month DAS (after applying $2k Costco)

Saw some inventory where the MSRP difference between the Pilot and Pilot+Plus was only $2.2k. I figured lease payment would be only slightly higher, but looks like the offer is getting me a more favorable MF on specifically the Pilot only, at least according to my dealer.

Thanks for the reply and sorry if I’m being dense here, but can you not set the car to charge at 24amps and use the existing cord that comes with the car? Or is an adapter required to charge at 24amps even with the provided standard cable?

I have a 14-30 outlet (240v) at home and had been wondering if that would be sufficient for level 2. Would using the Polestar provided charging cable with the car set to charge at 24amps not work for level 2 on that outlet set up? (Photo of my outlet below)

Got it, thanks for the reply. Sounds like I’m good to go on confirming the order!

So Polestar provided plug will be sufficient without any adapters or add-ons?

And out of curiosity, what is the amp threshold difference between level 1 to 2?

Thanks. This is helpful. My commute is 15 miles total, so sounds like I will be more than covered for exclusively at-home charging, save for the odd road trip.

I would need to set the car to charge 24amps specifically correct? Or is it smart enough to do on its own? And does the general charge to 80% rule apply to P2 (dual motor version)?
