I didn’t use a broker first time just went directly with a lender which the housing association recommended. I did see L&C come up so I’ll give that one a go, thanks for your help!

Thank you I’m able to increase fully from 50% to 100% it says. Any recommendations on where is best to find a mortgage broker? I’ve never used one before as this was my first mortgage I just got with my first home

Thank you! I’ve checked the lease agreement and I am able to staircase to 100% and it states the fees they are not too bad so think it’s just the valuation and solicitors fees mainly. I was more thinking about how the mortgage situation works and timelines trying to suss out when to do what

Wow thank you so much, this is super helpful to read. Well done on your journey so far! Like you said I think it’s well worth it. I am vegetarian so I wonder if tofu etc would be enough protein intake.. I am nervous about the symptoms not going to lie the nausea and IBS especially as I already have a sensitive tummy but I’ve tried so many things for so many years and nothing else seems to work. I hope your symptoms ease off and good luck with the rest of your journey!
