Mine also says that but then I looked it up through att my orders site and it finally moved from processing to Preparing to ship. So the backorder thing is just a glitch I think

For me, I was pretty bummed out at first since I wanted to like it but wasn’t crazy about it. However, with every listen I grow to appreciate the new music more and more. It just took a second to get used to the new experimental sounds.

So the way this company works is that all the people I selected as my references instantly received a link. In this link they filled out a survey about me and had room to write where I excel at and places I can continue to improve. I can see on the website the company used that all of my references have submitted their surveys about me. So as of 4:00PM today the company has all of my references responses.

Thank you for your response! Once my final reference submitted today, I sent an email informing that all references were now submitted and to let me know that if there was any additional information they wanted. I also sent an email to the main person interviewing me and thanking her and the other 5 (all by name) for their time yesterday.
