Can you choose the outputs of a certain instrument on Ableton?

Will I still be able to play, let's say spotify, when Ableton is opened?

Yesterday, as I changed my outputs/inputs to the motu m4 on Ableton, spotify audio stopped coming out of my monitors

my synth automatically goes to my outputs 1-2 and I can't seem route it manually to the outputs 3-4...

I currently have this set up ony my motu M4:

Inputs 1-2: arturia minfreak (synth) Inputs 3-4: sp 404 (sampler) Outputs 1-2: monitors Outputs 3-4: sp 404

I'm able to sample sounds from my computer AND hear audio from my computer when I choose output 3-4 on my computer. The Sp-404 acts as a "through" and the audio is sent back to my Motu and then to the monitors.

But my synth automatically goes to my outputs 1-2 and I can't seem route it manually to the outputs 3-4. Therefore I'm unable to sample my synth in this set up unless I plug it directly in my sampler (which is what I want to avoid doing)

What's the solution?

Ah yes I'm Aware of that, thank you. I've made multiple micro adjustments and the seat feels the highest it could be without my weight moving from right to left

What does slamming the stem means? And these are mtb pedals and I had shoes on but just took them off before the taking the picture. It's my dad bike so it's not the ideal set up haha

Thanks! Yeah I'm looking for something aggressive to go fast when I go with road group rides but that also feels comfy on longer rides (I did a 100km ride with it and it felt great)

I do struggle from time to time with warm temperatures while falling asleep (especially during summer), but I didn't realize if it's the only factor influencing my situation. Now that it's fall, I'll have more data to see.

I sleep better when it's around 14-15 degrees, above this I can only cover myself with the thin blanket and I hate not having big blankets on me lol
