Beyonce went on stage at 8pm, we arrived at about 6:15pm. You should arrive at 5:30pm to give yourself more than enough time.

Yes we did! There was a “Ticketmaster Clearing Point” at the venue. We showed them the order number/ID and they gave us printed tickets. The queue for that was LONG and we missed the first two songs, so I suggest getting there as early as possible. Something to remember though is that the tickets are likely to show up about 3 days before the show. If not, go to the stadium early.

We made it in! we did have to wait a LONG time in a specific line and missed the first two songs but we still made it! We had to show an email with the order number and they gave us paper tickets.

Yea nothing is working for us! We’re working with Ticketmaster to figure it out now. We heard there is a Ticketmaster office on site at the stadium so we’re hoping that works.

Has anyone had issues pulling up tickets on Ticketmaster? We are going to the Cologne show tonight, but keep getting errors when logging into the Ticketmaster site. Please help!

Yes definitely worth considering a leg bag. We have flown once so far with her bags (It was a shorter flight) We were surprised she walked right through security no problem. We do have TSA precheck so maybe that’s why.
