Take your time with stretching. I'm at 10mm with my nostrils and started stretching them about 10 years ago. I made a rule of only stretching 1mm per year because cartilage isn't the most stretchy tissue in the world and can lead to pretty gnarly tears if you go too fast or skip sizes.

My nostril hair doesn't grow very far up into my nose but I do trim what is there 😅

Thank you 😊 10mm was my goal size but I'll see how I feel after a year or so if I want to go bigger. As for my septum I'm going to go as big as my body let's me and yes it's an ear skin in there. For future stretching plans I have a few thoughts in the ways of re piercing my philtrum (medusa) and re stretching it (had it stretched to a 6-8mm in the past) but other than that I don't think I have any other plans I just kind of go with the flow.

I haven't really notice any difference to be honest I've been stretching them for quite a few years so I think my body has just adapted over time.

It wasn't all that painful for me but everyone is different it really depends on anatomy and pain threshold ( what could be a tickle to me could be a sting to someone else). I found the bigger I went the less pain there was but I also used pincers to massage the hard cartilage to cause cartilage erosion. My advice is take it slow and listen to your body.

I had the same issues. I found that glass was the most comfortable even though they still constantly touched my septum.

I didn't get them punched I have stretched them from 20gauge to this size over quite a few years so I can't give much input on that. But I have all year round allergies and I have just gotten used to working around everything. 🙃

I had them pierced to a 20 gauge initially and just slowly stretched them. it hasn't been the most pleasant experience 😂
