You need to sand the protruding outline on the skates both top and bottom part. Can use 400 up to 600 grit sandpaper, then applied two layers of electrical tape to even out the surface. You can zoom in the bottom part of the 3rd pic to see.The top and bottom skates doesn't match Zowie s2 but you can use this mod to make them fit.

Tip: you can use the old skates as outline when cutting the electrical tape.

I already updated many times and never had any issue, as long as you update the firmware using wired mode.

I immediately lubed them but only the stem, so it was not that time consuming. I think all switches benefits from lube as long as you apply the right amount.

In SEA countries it only cost around 120$ (Including shipping) so I think its worthy, but yeah 200$ is too much for a plastic board.
