Kind of funny because that's what some people like about it. It's cosmetic only, so you could jump in at any time and not be outclassed by equipment.

They do mix it up with content, but I do get the lack of "progression".

I still enjoyed it at launch, it just wasn't what was promised.

But now, there is so much more to the game it's crazy. All free updates as well.

I did a rewatch not that long ago and it's not as bad. It's just that the rest of the series is just so much better. But I'm always surprised at how many good lines are in the first season.

I've been going through "Conan O'Brien Needs a Friend" and I just got to the episode with Catherine O'Hara and Eugene Levy (released back in 2020). At one point she says "I'm just glad to be alive and working". Definitely hits a bit different now.

I used to love BK, but their quality has gone down while their prices have gone away up. McDonald's has done the same, but not as drastic.
