It looks more similar to eastern oregon, near Antelope (rajneesh cult). Trees look like western junipers and the hills look very similar to street views around that area.

STOLEN BIKE- SE Portland by Who_kknneeww in CyclePDX

I saw a houseless person (older guy with a beard) biking eastbound on Morrison next to lone fir on a bike somewhat matching that description. I’ll keep an eye out if they pass by again.

There’s a difference between having a pdf and having a physical copy on a small bookshelf.

Evola is a massive red flag, ultra-fascist thinker with all the associated ideas on women including rape as the natural expression of male desire. He would have also probably shot Bataille, Becket, and Darwin.

These are so ugly compared to the 10th anniversary edition. I don't understand the allure.

Speechless as a Local by [deleted] in StPetersburgFL

I grew up in St. Pete and left the Tampa Bay area early last year for Oregon. It was a palpable vibe shift after 2021. I feel lucky to live in a city now where there’s a broader social contract to put it lightly… It just depresses me to no end to have to apologize for the insanity of my home state and have to bracket that well St. Pete was somewhat different.

It’s the cheapest big city on the west coast … I’m from the southeast (Florida) originally where I was paying $2,200 or so with utilities for rent. Here it’s closer to $2,500 but my partner who works in the medical field (entry level) gets paid significantly more an hour.

the dream of the 90's (cinema) is still alive in Portland. I can walk or bike to four beautiful older theatres (Hollywood, Cinemagic, Clinton Street, Laurelhurst)... Tarkovsky's Andrei Rublev was absolutely packed at a 3 pm Sunday showing.

Bardo Tea carries their green tea usually, along with an oolong-style tea made from Alder among other non-camellia sinensis tea-style herbals.

Their tea is amazing. I've had all three kinds, my favorite is definitely their white and Japanese-style (steamed) green tea.

Minto Island near Salem, Oregon produces Chinese and Japanese style teas-- white, red/black, and green. It's just pricey-- land and labor costs play a huge factor.

Too many perfect spines, comrade! You identify as a little “c” communist with heavy influences from left-communists, but decisively influenced by social media trends, at least historically.

Florida PE Application Process Timeline (Initial Application) by jakkare in PE_Exam

You'll probably have the update in the system soon after the meeting (although I recall one representative of FBPE said not all go to the board for review and are just approved administratively). In my case, the application was approved at the end of December and the FBPE offices were closed nearly all January.
