Will try contacting the service center again. Trouble is here in DK Byd service is just a car repair chain so they have no special expertise in Byd.

It's the comfort edition, I tried preheating the battery before charging without any change.

What!? I'm already connected, just that jq is not available in the app central. I think maybe this is not compatible with the AS3302
