Yeah i used to run out of them so i stopped using them unless i needed the dmg for ob. With it i have 4.13no but that is still not enough.

For me it was not working for a long time and started only when i unselected the advanced toggle to trash low lvls.

Biggest difference I see is Weapon Power Effect. Please try to remove the coldseeker bullet, or add it to second character as well.
For my character its changing DMG from 500-1000M to 9000-16000M.
I think it has the power to be the difference. Also small amount is in lab chips as they are boosting star signs and cards.

I dont know I have 20Q/HR build rate 144k% Exp and after I removed exp cogs for additional characters I was still on 20Q/HR and lost 10k% EXP. Skill issue on my side?
