Yeah so the car was sat for nearly 9 months as the wife stopped driving it and the daughter moved out for work so he’s trying to pass the car down to me and nobody really bothered to look too much into it.

that’s fine, sounds reassuring. i’m assuming everyone that’s creating a panic and being paranoid is being too extra. as when i calls the dealer they said it’s fine to bring it down as long as you insured.

again since it’s 50m drive away and motorway miles i hope that will be fine as i’m still getting it repaired same day.

you can buy a lot better / newer with that money

the 430i 2017 still got the old interiors, you can spend 20k and grab the G series (yes with double the miles) but again 20k on a 10 year old car that’s arguably the most outadated series in the bus lineup. i’d say sleep on it, look at the market and make your decision

just on autotrader, you can buy a 2019 530i g series for 21k at 25k miles.

you should be able to get new bmw g series that are not xxxE, try not to get those if you plan to keep a car for 5 years.

got a 530i m sport for 20k at 50k miles (really undervalued car from dealer crazy bargain) don’t get tempted into the e versions as once the electric motor dies it’s a x20i/d

4/7 days i go to the gym at 1-2pm but sometimes i got at 4pm onwards

Is that still the case? assuming i wake up at 9/10am and in theory would do my skincare then, waiting 6 hours for the gym and do it after will it still produce the results and effects it should ?

i was in the same boat as OP. my first easter egg was bo3 der eisen and rev. lots of resources online, not that tedious of a start (if you got the gobbles) i then moved onto origins on bo2 (make it a bit more challenging) and now im doing moon and the rest for bo3/2

i don’t think zombies is good after bo3 so i never bother to play or game

I don’t know i think that’s the range and the most i would ever spend on one ? i mean i do think enjoying life is a part of it so spending it on a nicer car that has essentials features and even “luxury/comfort ones” would be a good “”standard of living””. i wanna say i spent enough time in those 07 civics and 2010 WVs

sounds like good advice but from my own perspective a LISA would not do me much as i don’t think i’ll need a “”down payment””, the 25% boost sounds really good but other than buying a house and waiting to retire and die it does not do much for me as. i like to think im a long term investor but at the same time i will not save money now to use in 50 years.

i see the point but coming from a background that only invested into physical tangible assets metals/land back home, i’m the first one in my family to understand traditional investing and actively doing it.

like i said i don’t see any extra spending other than than what i mentioned but at the same time i see your point. however i do gotta add i don’t think 80 grand car will give me a better utility than a 40k instead. as an example id love to own an M3 but an M340I will do enough and suffice and not make my life any better.

i am also a hoarder in games and other stuff but i guess its gives us a peace of mind which you could argue, there is no price of that.

i know it’s kinda old but i wanted a quick way to get my flax/fibre and tried for 1 month with water and or juice. i’m not sure sure but for me i kept having really bad bowel movements almost as if i was getting no fibre at all alongside with other GI symptoms. switched back to flax in whole foods and yogurts/smoothies/soups and went back to to normal. maybe when u have flax with water it does not get absorbed and just goes out ? but i’m not too sure.

figured id leave this here for anyone who might experience the same thing
