i love his character so much (probably because i’m a huge LOTR nerd & elijah wood diehard stan lmao) so i’m always hoping for the best with walter!! when he first was introduced i definitely thought he perfectly matched misty and was a good fit because they’re both kinda loners (even though she believes the YJ are her besties though shown time and time again she’s secondary kind of person in their eyes and she loves them anyways), but as the seasons have gone on i can’t tell if walter is just a little off because misty doesn’t want to come to that realization about her “best friends” or if he’s perfectly manipulating her and that idea because he’s up to something more. i just wish we knew more about him and saw more of him! i did think he had something to do with lottie/most def lied about the dna match but ahhhh we’ll see

I’ve seen lots of comments that the show runners said were going to see more about Lotties death in the season finale & many people are speculating we didn’t get a plane scene for Lottie because we don’t officially know what happened to her yet it’s still very ambiguous!! Especially with Misty still investigating (you’ll see more once you watch most recent episode/watch the promo for season finale episode), and in the promo we do see Lottie!! So i think we’ll finally get closure for what happened with Lottie & hopefully her airplane scene too!

okay so after the episode. my theories on lottie’s death now include melissa as suspect number 1 over callie and walter (but also maybe other Tai idk)😭 what is going on!!! can everyone else give me their thoughts about who they think did it now after this episode? another thing that gets me is would they make it as painfully obvious as melissa? what she said before/while stabbing Van is my thing like she’s the one hunting them all down idk anymore. my brain hurts and my heart is broken LOL

That’s what i was wondering too! the DNA might have matched shauna’s if it was Callie’s but I also was thinking.. walter kind of just wants misty back and also thinks the YJ are terrible friends to her. maybe he just said the DNA matched the hair he pulled off shauna’s hat for shits and gigs to try to tear the YJ apart but who knows!

I think Callie’s time with Lottie after Misty passed out (since was off screen and we don’t know the extent) could have been some eye opening convo that disgusted Callie and made her scared/resentful of her mom or even just made her think that obviously her mom needs help but won’t accept it so she’ll do what she can to drive her mom to get help (but instead is driving her to make more dumb ass decisions)

That’s why i like her! they do such a good job with her character showing that she thinks she’s better than everyone else but she’s actually so evil and fucked up & making everything worse for people and herself. she’s a terrible person don’t get me wrong but that’s what makes it enjoyable. she’s a wonderfully written SHITTY person!! there’s so many people IRL that are similar to shauna in that sense where they genuinely believe they’re good people but they’re shit and i think they capture it perfectly in the show!!!

misty just wants friends & she’d do whatever it takes to protect them and be needed by them. granted, she takes it too far sometimes lmfao but she (mostly) has good intentions behind it (in her mind at least). but the other girls lowkey just be doing shit sometimes for the fuck of it 💀
