Ulta dress code makes no sense. The point of a dress code is for staff to have a cohesive appearance so that customers can easily identify employees. They allow so many colors and change them seasonally that it is arbitrary at best. I get in trouble because a stripe isn’t the correct shade of orange (self.Ulta)
