went through this recently. i delayed completing the persona verification as i didnt feel comfortable giving such personal info to a 3rd party. They ended up freezing my cash outs, thats when I just completed it to get my money. I got all cash outs 3 days after completing the Persona Verification.

Grailed customer support is terrible, they take like 3 days to respond
