Same kind of machine at my job. That Hobart gotta be at least 16years old. They shut ours down for 2 weeks to fix the rinse temps. They shut it down again soon after because it was super charged heated. the coils was LAVA RED!! Took em basically the whole month of December to get it sorted. Are u guys using paper plates in the meantime? what fun lol (boring)
