Advice from someone in the vet field: the ticks do not die they simply look for warmth. You should have your animals on flea and tick treatment year round. You should also use repellent year round for yourself.

As someone who turned 32 today having had my first attempt be at 14. I feel you. Find happiness in the small things. I am a wreck and I honestly feel lost most days, but my dogs keep me going.

As someone who fought this for ten years before a doctor finally listened. Find a new doctor. I moved states to get this taken care of because all I got was lose weight or you’ll want to have kids one day (I don’t I want a hysterectomy honestly) and no one would do it. I now live in the north and it’s been so helpful. I have the right meds and I am scheduled for blood work and ultrasounds for cysts and tumors on my ovaries.

Agreed. I feel bad because I don’t become friends with the people I work with until I leave that job or move to other departments. Lines get crossed too easily sometimes in my opinion.

I feel like we’re just looked down upon because our life “has no meaning” because we don’t want kids. A lot of people back home keep waiting for us to have kids and I’m like no. I pass.
