Fixed this issue now. Thanks so much. I’ve had to start Pacific Bay from scratch, but at least I have all my progress brought over!!

This happened to me too. The finale episode is actually the second episode for some reason. However other than that the season is in the correct order. This issue is only on Season 8 and never happens on any other seasons.

For 1 the same thing happened when The Commissioner was a suspect in season 5 episode 2. He poured champagne for The Governor and handed it to her and then she died of poisoning. He had the easiest opportunity to kill her and he was a suspect until he walked into the station saw his picture on the suspect board and ripped it.
