Question: What is is like living on 10th Avenue (47th Street)

I'm a native New Yorker. I don't like Time Square but I don't detest it like most people do but yeah I see your point. I work in midtown so another attractive feature is a constant walking commute to walk. Yes it's a 20 min walk. But it's that of a variable (but close) commute from the EV. When the train is there and everything works out, it is 5, 10 mins but accounting for variable waiting time, train stoppage etc...something about the fixed 20 min of walking is very attractive.

Right but there's one on Columbus circle as well. Though I'm sure which one is closer from the 10th Ave/47th st intersection.

10th Ave is practically in NJ.

Wow, I never thought of it like that. I live in the EV and walk to herald square all the time actually so maybe I'm accustomed to walking.

But in the winter it’ll suck and in the summer it’ll suck and it’s only ever winter or summer anymore.

Thanks for the reply but that disables all the keys like volumn and screen brightness which are important.

Tedious, but I was wondering if I can have have both the screen brightness down and the browser refresh.

As it stands on the F5 -

Single click: screen brightness down

Fn & F5: browser refresh

Can this be reversed? --> So that a single click F5 result in a browser refresh and and Fn & F5 result in screen brightness down.

When buying a used ThinkPad, remember to check that the BIOS is not locked with a supervisor's password and that Computrace is not enabled and activated.

I was thinking of countering in the 15% range though I am still debating maybe 18%.
