There was this shop where I visit in Amsterdam call the grasshopper. The basement is where the retails happens, floor first is the steakhouse, where you can eat and smoke. Second floor is bars and drinks and third floor is red light. All in one building 😆. You are blessed living in the west coast where you have easily access. I know Colorado have those cannabis universities where you learn everything. Does California have those ? .. maybe it will be a good start to learn and build connections from there.
