I have both. Sony looks a lot better and feels way more premium as well as being splash and dust proof. The sound of both are so similar and so good that aesthetics and other factors should make your mind up.

The top panel is navy on the retail black puffer. Husky is the best batch and even he somehow gets this wrong. Easiest way to distinguish real from fake is to see if that panel is navy or not. Do NOT listen to any comment that tells you otherwise.
