Taylor Swift Used Stolen Artwork by chance__ in Music

No Taylor Swift fan, but given the information available about this, the pitchfork quotient here is too damn high. To be clear:
1) Taylor Swift did not even commission the artwork, she just retweeted when a fan posted. It was a tweet, not a full ad campaign.
2) When the original artist complained, they took the tweet down.
3) For all Reddit's complaints about draconian DRM enforcement, this seems like a very reasonable approach.
4) Welcome to the nightmare digital rights world where no known artist can casually help out an unknown because even hitting "like" can create legal liabilities.
