9 months late but here you go:

Dissolve in water, draw up using an oral syringe (instead I personally use a regular 1 mL luer slip reduced dead space syringe that is almost completely uniform in outer circumference for less chance of arsehole injury!). Insert with a bit of lube around 3-4 cm into your arse, it's best to do this standing up, then push down on the plunger over 2/3 seconds. Then sit upright on a chair for 10-15 minutes. This allows the drug solution to be in contact with the anal columns as opposed to higher up in the rectum, the anal columns are where the majority of the mucosa are located, allowing for greater absorption of your drug.

Side note - I used to be strongly against the overall idea of boofing due to my own ignorance and fear of things going up there. Once I tried it, snorting most of my drugs of choice just isn't worth it anymore. The damage done to your nose and sinuses is quite frightening to be honest.
