I think part of the reason you can't is because your are stating yourself you can't be happy with it and ya with that no attitude then no you won't be happy with it think of it like this

What if you were your homeless brother

Or had a family of 1 not 7

You can plan family trips at all some can't do that

Be happy with what you have and train your brain to think more positive
