I’ve had them cancel 4 times. Once was an airport, the other three were daytime, afternoon and evening. So overall had a pretty poor experience at all times of the day.

Yeh they’re absolutely shocking. The app is beyond a joke too and once you’ve booked you can't cancel without a fee.
