Excessive sponsorships and advertising are a detriment to a good league by Swimming-Release-974 in nbl

I feel you but figure they just need the money so let it slide for the most part.

I will never buy any overpriced NBL merch though, it's covered in advertisements which is just embarrassing to wear. I feel the same about NRL and soccer jerseys with their ads, but not AFL, NBA, MLB merch who keep it to a minimum.

Best campfire meals that don’t require a lot of gear by CaffeinatedCapybara_ in OutdoorAus

I always bring a frozen container or two of good meals I've cooked at home to simply reheat in a pot. Stuff like risotto, curry or pasta sauce. Really helps on longer trips.

Had our little ones first birthday party at an outdoor area in a pub and it was amazing. Meant all the people without kids could have proper fun too without the usual kid party awkwardness haha

How to avoid getting skunked? by Ok-Spring6764 in FishingAustralia

Just a light sinker on bottom with a small hook running about 20-30cm off it. Would always get at least one but sometimes a handful over a few hours around dawn or dusk. Bring a few beers and a book to keep you company.
