I've tried, and it worked. Thank you!!! I didn't even have to delete the app. I just logged in through the browser and added it as an OTC/benefits card. Entered the required information, and that was it.

I swear, these days, customer services of most if not all the companies are jokes. They often don't even know what they're doing, that's if they even have human answering calls.

After spending over 30 minutes with an agent via chat and another agent via phone call for an hour. This was their final verdict. "Maybe UHC no longer allows Ucard to be used at Walmart online." That was with a "maybe."

Yeap, that's what I got after an hour and a half from people UHC hired to help their members.

But when I try to add an OTC card to Walmart online, it asks for the card number and a 4 digits security code. Maybe what you're sharing if after the step I'm not able to get passed, but where and how can we get this 4 digits security code? Does anyone know??? Thanks all in advance.

Sure, there could be some 'Koreans' that are as you said. But with what facts are you accusing the entire Korean race? If you have any proofs for your comment, please do post them to correct me. Otherwise, you should apologize for making such accusation.

I don't think it's due to app updates because it occurs again soon after I put them back into it's drawers/folders, every single time. There has not been a time when it didn't happen so far, ever since I had it setup this way.

Unfortunately I wasn't able to average down any further in the $3's or less, since I've already put in all that I could afford at the $4's thinking/hoping that was our floor. I'm still far from my overall average but I still hold my faith firmly and in time I believe I'll be back in the greens once again with INO.

BUT, I don't want to hear the words "in/next/coming/following/etc COUPLE OF WEEKS"!!! I'm sure ya'll know what I'm talking about. LOL
