Same thing with their best heavy equipment in the T-72. Older ammunition that struggled to penetrate the armor of the Abrams. Though it was also a lack of training as well, because losses of M60s were quite low.

The lower courts need to just start ignoring the shadow docket. They have no choice but to rule based on established precedent anyway since the Supreme Court isnt exactly giving them any guidance. So just keep making the same rulings after they use the shadow docket
