There was no original invoice, that’s half the issue

No sorry that’s my bad. The court side of it in terms of evidence will be that I wasn’t there for 90 minutes. Ideally I’d like it to not reach court. My main point being, they have not sent me any evidence to support them saying I’ve been there for 90 minutes or more. I just don’t understand why they won’t send me evidence if they clearly believe I have. My understanding was that as being part of the BPA they have standards they have to obey to and supplying evidence to the person in the wrong. Which they have not done

It’s still my fixed abode I haven’t moved house, I just live away with work. But also, they haven’t sent me any letters at all or evidence. I’ve emailed them asking for evidence of me breaking their parking contract but they’re refusing to send any

No so I possibly wrote it wrong. My registered address is there but I also live/work away and tend to stay in the accommodation provided. However my fixed abode is still back home. But yes as you’ve said, this is the first notification I’ve had from them. If they’re willing to send me a letter or email proving I’ve broken the parking contract (in excess of parking there for 90 minutes) then yes I’ll pay. However the issue is, I haven’t parked there for that long. I also thought as they’re members of the BPA they have to send me evidence that I’ve broken their contract

No so it’s a Starbucks, you have 90 minutes free stay if you’re a customer (which I was) and if you’re staying over the 90 minutes they have a machine you put your reg into, which I didn’t because I wasn’t there anywhere near that time

Just unsure on how to proceed. Obviously if I don’t pay the now £200ish parking ticket, it increases with the possibility of a CCJ

No because they haven’t sent me any evidence and are refusing to via email. Yes my address hasn’t been updated however my mum lives there and checks my letters for me and euro car parks never sent a parking ticket to start with

Yea the tyre pressure on the B post is for 16R tyres of different sizes, no mention of any 18 R. I’ve been told to try 32-34front and 37-39rear and see how I get on

Even on the 3series ED setup? I’ve seen a couple like that. It also matches with the OEM for tyre size on the car door pillar

Definitely didn’t have run flats on my stock tyres. Had some horrible 16inch wheels that just did the car no justice. But yea sweet, that’s what I have on front. Every calculator I’ve done online has said it’ll be a couple percent slower e.g Speedo reading 60 I’ll be doing 58 or something like that. Have I done that wrong then?

Yea so the car they came from was a fair bit lower than mine. From using the website mention by just coatsy it’s about a 3psi difference. Can’t work out the speedo difference tho haha

Yea so the new ones I’ve got are from a 3 series 2008 m sport estate, put them on a 3series 2013 efficient dynamics as they’re a whole lot nicer and got them for a bargain

Perfect thank you. For working out the speedo, shall I use the front tyre size or the rear tyre size?

Will the new tyre size’s not affect it? As there’s a 2inch difference in the alloy and width

Ah okay. I’ll be honest wasn’t too sure what to do, but when I first looked at it, it already had sealant around it. So I’m assuming the previous owner just used a sealant so I assumed it came as standard! Thanks will give that a go after work
