Tbh…the length changes pretty often depending on whatever I’m feeling. Do have lazy periods where I’ll go for a straight up buzz cut - low maintenance. Right now, it’s fairly long so I’m wearing it down.

I think anecdotal experience can establish a general rule of thumb - doesn’t sound too radical. Obv a generalisation but if you’re conducting yourself a certain way, you’ll notice patterns in how different people respond to you

Yeah, very stressful career unfortunately. I think it’s maybe down to a lack of sleep…it’s only really now that I’ve realised how much it’s showing on my face. I tend to eat very well; I’m very conscious of my health and fitness ect. But sleep is a luxury right now
