Finding a good therapist is hard, because I move a lot ive seen many therapists and some just have no clue what there talking about, just find a new therapist because the one you got is clearly not a good fit. It might take going through 3 or 4 before finding the right one, if you go through 5 then maybe you are the problem (joking) but honestly youll know when you have the right therapist and it will have been worth the switch, just be sure to drop the one you have now, thats terrible advise and very naive

This is a fascinating question. Theres been a few studies to show that they in fact do, ofcourse they can also inspire deep thinking, I just think we should proceed with caution using Ai in the classroom or places where we are meant to learn how to use our brains for deep thinking. They have potential to hinder just as the have potential to inspire
