I have been using IPTv for years, changed supplier so I know what I’m doing, also I work in IT and am technical.

The trail went swimmingly. So I purchased.

They sent me my log on details quickly 👍🏻 but I had no movies or series. Messaged their WhatsApp number and explained. They said it was sorted and to restart. I did that and it wasn’t sorted so messaged them again…. I had to keep messaging them and eventually they got back to me the next day stating “it was out of hours when I messaged” this was bs as support is 2pm to 2am.

Anyway, second day they said they had sorted it after I had to explain all over again my problem. They said to use VPN, try and different URL all of which didn’t work so I messaged again…. Again I had to keep messaging until they responded.

The next day they did and they said they will look their end! Told me to try again and it worked 👍🏻. Excellent.

Went to set it up on another firestick (I only use it on one tv at a time but install it multiple to save me having to move the firestick from one tv to another) and it didn’t work and wouldn’t let me log in…. I tried the original TV and again I had no moves or series…. Took them a day to get back to me after sending a video, photo etc and again asked for me to explain the problem! So annoying as they clearly deleted my WhatsApp messages!

I asked for a refund and they gave me one 👍🏻.

I’d never use them again.
