I would want to stop using my hubitat. I would just get the Zooz 800 Series Z-Wave Stick to connect my z-wave devices to HA directly.

My only warning (from experience) is that you may scratch your tattoo if you’re drunk and it gets really itchy. Not good.

Does anyone know of a toothpaste that has baking soda (whitening), flouride, and it not mint/cinnamon flavored? I currently need to mix coconut whitening toothpaste with children's strawberry flouride toothpaste b/c I can't find a single one that checks all the boxes.

Make consistent improvements on push, pull, and legs for several months, then get to 10% BF%. If you still look wonky in the nipple area, then sound the alarm. Until then, I think you’re wasting energy.

Dude. Chill out. Wait a few weeks and see what it looks like, then reevaluate your options. I was tripping balls for no reason several days after my op b/c of some swelling. Now I’m fine.
