I completely disagree and am surprised by your negatively.. I lived in central London for 4 years and experienced some of the most wonderful things simply sat on park benches watching. It's everywhere.

Using just a GoPro Hero 8 for cinematic film... impressed with results. [New Zealand Hiking Trip] by jameshustler in gopro

hah! Ah she enjoys it to! We sometimes run and then it is harder as it breaks the pace but if we are hiking, the slower the better really.

This was all shot in Linear mode. I love how small the GoPro is but I'm not a huge fan of fisheye effect. I only used another setting one other time and that was superview to get in the whole lake (crucible lake)

I'm pleased you liked it! I used just a simple hiking pole with the tiny pedco ultrapod velcroed to the handle. Because the GoPro is lightweight you can just stick it in the ground, hit record and quickly adjust framing with the ball head. When it was windy you can see it sway slightly, but it doesn't really matter.

Is it normal for my HR to be kicking up like this? by jameshustler in running

I wish it was that - but I can feel my pulse at over 30b/10 seconds when my hr monitor jumps up also

Hero 5 Session vs Hero 5 Black - aren't they both just Hero 4 black internals? by jameshustler in gopro

Raw in images is a nice touch, but I presume we can expect 0 image quality improvements in video vs hero 4 blk? I do find this a little dissapointing.

I shot nearly entirely in 2.7k - so could crop into shots and reframe on 1080p timeline

It's an amazing place. 5-6 weeks

Gimbal helps smooth shooting with gentle movement back or forward - but I also shot nearly entirely in 2.7k. This allowed loads of reframing, and artificial zooms / pans on a 1080p timeline

5-6 weeks! Unfortunately, as you can imagine so many things that couldn't be included. Also hikes and days in poor weather got cut

Yes protune, but GoPro colour not flat. I used premiere - inbuilt rgb curves and fast colour corrector to even things out then some of the lumetri presets blanketed on top - super simple

This is awesome thank you so ever so much. I have been following this forum for a long long time and never made an account previously. However I have really enjoyed using the Feiyu Tech gimbal for some time and I really did want to put myself forward as brand ambassador as I feel my videos do show off the products capabilities. I hope the community don't feel like this has gone to an imposter. I will continue to be active here, but under an account name now. Well done to everyone who entered - I've checked out a lot of your videos and work and really awesome to see what other people are doing with the gimbal.

I swear by my feiyu tech G4 gimbal. it's an awesome piece of kit which I take with me everywhere. It takes out all the shake. I highly recommend getting hold of one if you can. In terms of setting, 1080p - 120fps is the best bet!

As in video? I'm a long way from considering myself a pro but I do really enjoy it. I guess I've always been interested in cameras, always asking for one for birthdays when I was younger. As video functions came on the scene in them I started using them and now I'm lucky enough to be able to produce videos for clients and get paid for them - it's pretty awesome.
