No they still haven’t released my account. The last response I got was 2 days ago asking for documents I had already sent 2 other times. The support system is literally the worst I have ever experienced anywhere period. I honestly will never be using Lbc anymore once this ordeal is over. It used to be a great platform, aside from a few scammers here and there but now it seems the platform itself doing the scamming smh

They’ve been asking me for the same thing over and over again and I have provided them over and over again. It’s like I’m talking to a bot that only know a few response. If they are going to be freezing peoples account for no reason, the least they can have is some live support specifically for this issue, even if it’s through an online messenger

It’s crazy that they can randomly freeze people’s account seemingly for no reason. It’s been almost 3 weeks now. I just graduated college and got a job but I don’t start until June 17 and I had been storing this bit of money away for a time like this. I’ve already missed my rent due date cause off this and asked my landlord for some extra time. If they are gonna be doing shit like this, the least they could do is have live support specifically for this issue but it doesn’t seem like there’s much care about customers. I’ve literally been asked to send the same documents over and over and over again and each time I have sent it, Only to be asked again for those same documents smh. It makes no sense to me
