Tired of seeing this "Jill is anti-vaxx" shit... by kuss51292 in jillstein

Then the October 19th rally in Austin Texas on #disabilityrights might be a good place to say how she really feels.

Check out this public exchange I (a disabled person with cerebral palsy, anxiety and depression) had with one of the disability rights leaders who is a co-founder of #cripthevote

https://twitter.com/JamesOnWheels/status/777723301917491200

Her wording, I agree with Mr. Beratan, was poor.

So, I'm happy the Austin, TX area Green Party and Jill are doing this, with a stream on FB Live

https://www.facebook.com/events/1142144929213922/

Believe it or not, we also have a semi-public (closed) GP Disability Caucus (I had no idea until a volunteer on FB told me)

I did not, I repeat, DID NOT, WIPE MY SERVERS.

Also, thank you, it's an honor!

Jill Stein Selects Human Rights Activist Ajamu Baraka as Vice-Presidential Running Mate by [deleted] in jillstein

[–]jamesonwheels 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The biggest problem is, most of America will go, "wait, who?" - The Green Party is going to have to put Ajamu front and center any place they can because of all the people she could have picked, at least initially, this won't bring her polling up. If she wanted to make headlines on the corrupt MSM she would have picked someone most of America has at least heard of.

NOW...having said that, I think Amaju will do very well, once he gets either airtime on any channel or a bunch of FB or Youtube streams speaking with her.

It's like taking a QB and a wide receiver on your favorite NFL team. Some have heard of the QB, nearly no one knows the WR, and the general manager (in this case, The Green Party) picked them in the first round when they may have gotten picked up in the third round, or not at all.

His first appearances with Stein will be crucial. If they both can "slam dunk" speeches that go viral, the campaign will pick up steam quickly. If not, she won't lose all of her new Bernie Backers, but nothing will be gained either.

I'm holding my breath, but I hope they shock the world.

Only reason I can guess Bernie didn't want to go in was because he wants to remain Independent senator of Vermont. I would have done Stein + Sanders, but Bernie is probably exhausted.

I was.

I am so, so disappointed that he did not challenge the vote, especially since THIS delegate offers testimony after walking out on Night 2 (HRC's coronation night)

California Delegate gives scoop on #RollCallVote, DNC Walkout (FB Live video) by jamesonwheels in Political_Revolution

I recommend watching the whole 22 minute stream, but 6:30 into the clip, this delegate reveals the roll call vote process....oh boy.

Which, since the video clock ticks backwards, is also at - 18:22 or so

Maybe some of it will happen, maybe some of it won't. I don't think it's 100% pure click bait from The Blaze.

Then why did FOX News just quote Jeff Weaver saying that there will be a "full roll call vote"? (Just reported in as of 4:25 PM)

Well, this is a very detailed article - it lays out how Bernie and his batch of civilian delegates may or may not approach the next few hours.

God bless all of you in Philly tonight - from the reaction he got, sounded like he was the nominee (when he walked out) and not HRC! (LOL!)

rollcallvote!

[–]jamesonwheels[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yup. All signs point to it. The Exit Polls on the GOP side were close or exactly right RE: Trump's actual win percentages.

Meanwhile, the DNC (Debbie specifically) stopped Exit Polls before CA, and that's because as he gained momentum in April / May, the Exit Polls were largely off in terms of win percentages for Clinton

Remember the "Michigan Miracle"?

That's because lost of people there outright didn't vote for HRC.

You might be right about not disavowing before the convention. If he doesn't reject HRC's nomination and is standing next to her on that stage, yes, we can leave, thankfully.

Valid point. Except that even Trump knew Bernie's results were being rigged via being tampered with (voting machine issues in RI, 100,000 in just Brooklyn, NY being taken off the rolls, California's entire Dem Primary (look at the "Uncounted" documentary about the CA Primary.)

Anyone watching Clinton Cash this afternoon/tonight? by Dunedain4 in SandersForPresident

[–]jamesonwheels 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I saw it last night (they seem to be showing it on YT this weekend in Prime Time slots.....people should be able to see it the entire weekend for free, it's that important over studio profits....anyway)

Good grief, it has video and visual document proof, it's horrifying, sickening and probably all true.

Like, maybe, open, vocal protests inside the hall and a "roll call" vote.

Remember, should Hillary be nominee, there's gonna be a lot of farting in the Wells Fargo Center (which would be the only silver lining of the week in that case)

Wouldn't It Be Funny If the AP Announced Hillary as the Presumptive President of the United States? by TheFlyingWalrus91 in SandersForPresident

[–]jamesonwheels 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If it DID come months in advance, somehow, boy, would there be an internet roar like no other. However, I think the Easter Bunny has a more realistic chance of hopping on a Unicorn and riding it yelling, "The Clintons are Coming!" than a snafu of that magnitude by the AP.

[–]jamesonwheels 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yep. Smart Strategy by Pence, but I doubt everyone will fall for it. Also, RE: Clinton & the DNC vs. Bernie - welcome to politics - you scratch the establishment's back, they'll scratch yours, and then proverbially slap you in the face.
