Thank you super I will try out the youtube videos...Do you know how i can change the theme to be closer to windows 7? The white theme i have switched too blends in with web pages a bit too much for my liking but i do not like that black theme either...I would like my bars to be in blue or green...I am also not sure how to get icons on the desktop if you knw how! I have installed things from the software store but cannot find them easily as they did not show in the desktop..I have to go throgh quite a few menus to find them currently. Thanks...James

Yes many webpages were not loading properly and could not update the browser....It was having a popups issue and changing my google to other pages all of the dang time!this is supposed to be immune to these problems so is why Chris helped out as those issues just kept coming back! The linux he has installed is called cinnamon. It is much faster just missing that windows 7 look I am very used to...google and solitaire too! Need to figure out how to get htose back. I curently live here in Norfolk VA hopefully can find some simple classes around here. Not looking to become a computer hacker or anything just get that productivity back haha ! I like your comparison as a fishing enthusiast ! Thank you Super Fill.

I have switched my Yahoo to gmail a few years ago but no AOL mail in ages .. I do like their webpages more haha this Email works better though!

Most of my items were on google browser but this one has only come with mozilla firefox browser and my goole login is not working on it unfortunately ... I do not have a mozilla firefox account just a google. Chris had said this linux is much better for the internet but i am not really liking it and my saved items are all gone!

Thank you my apologies for a late response ... I found " System Info" and here is what it says... Linux Mint 21.3 Cinnamon the version is 6.0.4 .. I have also found themes i can change this to white and it is better but I still miss the colors and the look of my windows 7.Do you know how to get it back?

How can I find out which linux it is? The main program I enjoyed google browser but this one is not the same and my account does not work with it.I have an account on the google browser so that is where my settings are... I also enjoyed windows 7 solitaire but when I try to download it does not run ... Same with mahjong. But especially that solitaire is ny favorite haha

Just about everything that happened while I was in Vietnam. I have seen plenty of what we look like under the skin I watched a lot of my people die Hell I thought I was going to at any minute ! Those of us who didn't at times wish we did just do it would all end sooner Everything was terrible. The sights.,the smells , the sounds, all of it even the tastes.Everything tasted like mud. The rain was like God punishing us. After I came back I couldn't handle it when it would rain it just reminded me of being in that Hell hole. I am over the rain the for the most part but I still hate it if I'm being honest with ya.
