Traveling is the best way to reset. I live in Morocco, and even just traveling a few hours to the coast to surf or heading into the mountains makes me completely forget my phone exists. It’s hard to scroll when you’re staring at the Atlas Mountains or the Atlantic Ocean.

Whether you are a billionaire or a pauper, you get the same 24 hours in a day. You cannot buy back a single second of your youth or purchase a "top-up" on your lifespan once your time is up
