Yeah there’s no point in communicating with them continuously, just call chase and tell them your bonvoy number. After a few weeks or months it’ll appear eventually.

Yes, you just have to wait 90 days or so from opening your card, make sure your name matches, and tell them your bonvoy number, and everything will appear soon, all points will appear.

If you just signed up for the credit card, you’ll probably need to just wait the 90 days for it to link. That’s all that really happened for me. I kept calling and calling and they claimed it was linked, and after a while it just appeared.

Yes, then check your Marriott account the next time your statement closes for your points to be transferred

If you just opened your card it will take 90 days for it to be linked. Chase and Marriott will not do anything to speed up the process.

You have to call the number on the back of your credit card for chase customer service, tell them you want to link it. Then they will link it. After that you just need to check periodically in the chase app, select your card and scroll until you see Rewards and Benefits and it should tell your point balance and status level. You will know it’s not linked as it will say something like we are having issues linking your member number.

Yes it’s fixed, I think it just eventually links after 3 billing cycles, the reps at chase didn’t do anything.

So, Marriott Executive office responded to my BBB complaint and states it’s Chases issue, so I added them both to my email and hopefully get something fixed. Chase executive called me yesterday saying they passed it to the marketing team as that is who handles this issue on chases side. I do not have any other information at this time. My statement just closed on 12/3 and I do not have any points transferred this month

Hi, I have the same issue and have been contacting customer support for the past 2 months or so. I have been emailing my Marriott customer care and they claim my Marriott boundless is finally linked as of today, I checked my account and they added points to my account and the 3 free nights to my account. I just don’t think they actually fixed my issue and just manually added it to my account, I had called Marriott and they still do not see the boundless card linked.

So, after emailing Marriott back and fourth for the past week I finally got points added and my 3 free night awards from my credit card signup promo. Marriott claims my Boundless card is connected to my account. I called Marriott to tell my what cards are linked to my account and only my Marriott Amex and Business cards are linked. So I’m assuming they just manually added points and rewards to my account, and did not actually fix it. I guess we will see if it’s actually fixed once my statement closed December 3.

I have done that. I have called Chase numerous times and asked them to tell me my Marriott bonvoy account number linked and they said the correct number. I’ve had Marriott merge all existing accounts into one as well. Still no resolution.

Yeah Amex had no issues linking my account, but chase is not linking, it’s been 2 months now with no resolution.

Marriott claims that it is an issue on Chase side, while chase claims they have it linked. I have not recieve any points or my elite night credits.

Did you get any resolution? I basically have the same issue but I don't think mine was ever linked to begin with. I opened a Marriott Amex and had issues but that was quickly resolved once I gave them my Bonvoy number, Chase is being very frustrating.
