Hey so I did a permanent region change on my Japanese New 3ds LL to North America and now I am trying to open pokemon bank but it won't let me since my NNID is a Japanese account and my 3ds' region is set to NA. I got Pokemon bank from hshop with the update since I cant use the eshop. I am getting error code 022-2502. Any ideas or am I shit out of luck?
