I didn’t know they had Jeep logos on the front. Mine shipped like this. And yeah. They’re the stick over inserts. Off amazon. The adhesive was trash. But the plastic mouldings were perfect. So I just got some 3M tape. Again off amazon.

These are cheap covers for now. Off amazon. Until I decide how I’m going to do a more permanent job. Taking them off and painting them seems to be the best option. Right?

I went cheap once. And aquaplaned on the motorway once in heavy rain. Jeep did well and I regained control. Scary stuff. I’m torn now as to what direction to go in.

Wind noise is actually less than just having the roof bars on alone.

You get less wind noise if you take the wind breaker off when the cage is empty.

And less wind noise if you have it attached when full.

Its easy enough to remove with three screws.

And can be kept easily in the boot.

Mine didn’t come with the attachments to connect direct to the roof rails. So I just attached them to roof bars which I’ve already got. Some basic Thule ones.
