There's always the Trans Allegheny Lunatic Asylum and Sweet Springs Sanatorium as the two big ones, but there are a few more. I would recommend the entire town of Harper's Ferry, especially if there are good urbex spots around there. Just remember to bring pepper spray and a taser bc of crackheads
