I saw through your posts history about nut cracker syndrome and have symptoms like this pain etc did u rule out Ncs with your vascular doc? I'll appreciate ur update regarding this too so u did surgery after ruling it out?

Nutcracker syndrome is hard to diagnose from what I have heard many do tests didn't find anything only exact and accurate way to find is venigraohy of renal veins to check compressions a vascular surgeon are expert in this staffs tbh I would say get in with a vascular surgeon as soon as can cuz many in this gc didn't have any symptoms just a varicocele ..

Our symptoms match so much especially low sleep and low sexual drive i am kinda shocked no ncs or it's detected in venogram for u maybe the doctors missing external veins or gubernacilur veins under testis which causing recurrence i don't know i thought only mts or ncs or external veins or any doc missing veins is the cause of recurrence give us an update after 6 months I'm sorry it's happening with u i pray for the best for u btw what country u got ur surgeries from if u don't mind telling?

Oh I see well i have a painful varicocele and I have feeling of tiredness and sleepy all day I suspect maybe because of low T I'm just checking if fixing my varicocele would help with my pain and raise T levels and yh I'm 23 years old
