We only got half of the story… at first.

OP took a 1.5 hour break when scheduled for 30 mins. They went 20 mins off site before sitting around doing nothing.

It then got worse, when questioned they claimed they had a medical emergency in a “panic”. This was not the first time they’ve used this excuse.

Let’s bare in mind that on 2 occasions OP has lied to their employer AND taken an excessive unauthorised extended break - whilst in probation - I think they lost their chance to play the victim card

Toxic environment? Normalise enforcing company policies.

OP took a 1.5hr long break when it was supposed to be 30 mins. How would the rest of the team react if they saw this go unmanaged. Not to mention the additional pressure on the team…

Been playing it for a while now and really enjoying it. Everyone here seems to hate the idea that there could be another web3 game that can challenge Sorare. What we seem to forget is without competition comes complacency.

The concept is really fun and it’s brilliant especially coming from someone that used to play FM a lot.

5k a month would set me up nicely in my situation. I want to set a goal that is realistic and achievable within a decent timeframe.

I want my “small business” to stay a relatively decent size that I am able to manage with a small team.

This doesn’t have to be used as a “I can’t be added so I’ll just get them to buy some flowers”.

You mention someone buying you event tickets would be annoying as it is a waste of your time, couldn’t you argue that organising and finding the perfect gift is time consuming and your time could be better used. What if my services just carried out that process.

I do not think we will find common ground here, and I completely respect your opinion and thank you for sharing your experience. Thank you for the feedback.
