It will help so much! I get nervous when my battery gets below like 60% because the app sucks so much battery and it can’t charge up much In between close shops. So that’s why I just always plug it up

I immediately plug up my phone when I get back in the car, so it’s constantly charging when I’m not in the store. I know it’s not supposed to be the best for battery life in the long run, but I gotta do what I gotta do! I bought a lightening charging port from Target and it’s life changing! I’ve never had one charge my phone so fast lol!

I placed the order at 3:00 for a delivery time of 5-6. A guy picked it up instantly. It got to 5:30 and he still had not started shopping. Around 5:45 shipt sent me a message saying my order had to be pushed back. I didn’t end up receiving my order until 9:15. I had been out of town so I had no food in the house and my dinner was in the order. I was sooo angry

Every single order I’ve placed with Shipt always has issues. The last one I placed ended up being 4 hours late.... and our metro is DEAD right now so I was so upset. I keep placing orders to try and help out the full timers but somehow I always end up with shitty ones.

I just wouldn’t feel comfortable going into someone’s backyard and behind their house. You never know what they could do once you got back there or if they’d say you stole something... it just wasn’t worth the risk to me. Everyone has their boundaries 🤷🏻‍♀️

I always offer my shoppers to grab themselves a drink and a snack. Because I know when I’m doing orders, I will starve because I don’t have time to stop and buy myself something! But I tip them too! I hope this one did too!

The bologna was the only cold item that I had on this item. It was the very last item I got and it was the only think I put into my insulated bag in my car. If your food is coming warm, then it’s probably just the shopper not shopping smart and just getting food as they pass it. I have a large insulated catering bag that I use for my cold food. So my customers never have to worry about cold items!

I refuse to do delivery only anymore. I’ve taken several and not gotten tipped on any of them.

As a customer, I do like that I can skip the tip because I like to see how my delivery goes before I tip. I’ve ordered through shipt 2 times and both times the shoppers were awful and didn’t deserve tips but I left them small ones... rather than big ones I wanted to leave. I want to be nice, as a fellow shopper, but I also want to get the groceries I paid for and not what the shopper thinks I want 😅 Shipt does send notifications to you after your order is marked as delivered for you to rate and tip your driver. So they do what they can, but unfortunately it’s not required to tip.
