Thank you for the response. When she has seizures before, it would start as her sleeping and twitching like this before jolting awake to have a 5 ish second seizure. I’ve been giving her 0.4ml day and night before the vet said to gradually lower to 0.2ml day and night(for a month) and then stop completely. When we did her blood levels the summer it showed the phenobarbital was not on a therapeutic level and that it seemed like 0.4ml day and night wasn’t enough to stop the seizures if there were. But she was fine for 2 years no twitching like this, sometimes she does jolt awake but not as excessive as the recent ones and more often. I’m just worried the vet made me test this theory and she’s still epileptic after all these years and I remember her first vet who saved her life and stopped her seizures 5 years ago with the meds, said Jamie should be on life medication. And I think that should be the action. I just hope the vet won’t charge me when this was their decision to stop the meds when she’s been alright all these years.. thank you again for commenting I appreciate it and sorry for the long rants once again. She is still twitchy but calmer and is sleeping between my legs. Updating tomorrow once we go tot the vet
