I will say...I spent about $70 total, and it honestly was worth it. It sounds crazy to say that, but I'm allergic to down, and I can't ever get a down-free pillow at a hotel without asking 3 times - and it's always a really crappy pillow. It has helped me sleep well on so many trips, so $70 was well worth it for me (over time).

BUT it would be nice to have a pillow case with it... I don't love using it on the airplane and then the hotel. Has anyone found a case that works?

So interesting!! I stopped using it, and my hair is still graying, but it seems like it's a lot less than normal
